Prescription Discount Card Program
My Healthy Hometown
The City of Deer Park has a program to offer savings on prescription medications to residents who are without health insurance or have prescriptions that are not covered by their insurance plan.

The My Healthy Hometown Prescription Discount Card is made available to residents by the City of Deer Park in collaboration with the National League of Cities (NLC) and is made possible through Deer Park's membership in NLC.

The program may save residents an average of 24% off the retail price of prescription medications at participating pharmacies. It is free to all residents regardless of age, income, or medical condition. There are no annual limits placed on use, no forms to fill out, and no waiting periods. Prescription discounts are good for the whole family and apply to pet medicines, too.

You can conveniently discover the savings, print a card, check drug prices, and locate participating pharmacies with a click. Prescription Discount Card Program
