Pilates


Pilates strengthens and tones the body and the core, torso, oblique's, abs, as well as legs, arms, shoulders, upper, middle and lower back.  Better your posture, regain balance and burn calories.  See your body change.  Certified Group X Instructor, Ashley Sherrell teaches this class for teens and adults.

  • 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm 
  • 1 day per week: $25/month
  • 2 days per week: $40/month
